What to Expect
We receive your document package electronically from the title company or lender. We travel to the signing location — the borrower’s home, an attorney’s office, or any mutually agreed location — with the printed package. We walk borrowers through each document professionally, confirm required signatures and initials on every page, notarize the applicable documents, and return the completed package promptly and securely.
Time Required
60–90 minutes for a standard loan package. Complex packages may run longer.
