Mobile Notarization
What We Do
We travel throughout Cuyahoga County and Greater Cleveland to witness your signature, and place our official seal on documents that legally require notarization. We also provide notary certificate attachment upon request.
Who Needs It
Anyone handling a will, power of attorney, healthcare directive, real estate deed, affidavit, title transfer, personal loan agreement, or virtually any legal documentation that requires a notary’s signature. We assist estate attorneys, financial advisors, real estate professionals, individuals managing family paperwork and more.
What to Expect
Present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, passport, or state ID. We verify your identity, review the document to confirm notarization requirements, witness your signature in real time, and apply our notarial seal.
One important note: Do not sign your documents before we arrive. The notary must witness the act of signing. If you’ve already signed, the document cannot be notarized and will need to be reprinted.
Time Required
Most appointments: 10–30 minutes depending on number of documents and signers.
Common Situations We Handle
Senior Living & Assisted Living
We regularly meet clients at assisted living and senior care facilities throughout Parma, Cuyahoga County, and Greater Cleveland. When a parent or loved one can’t travel, we bring the notarization to their bedside or common room — patiently and professionally.
Hospital & Bedside Notarizations
Medical situations don’t wait for business hours. We provide hospital and bedside notarizations for powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and time-sensitive documents when families need them most.
Late-Night & Shift Workers
Unorthodox work shifts can leave people at the mercy of standard business hours. Fortunately, scheduled service during your downtime at work is no issue. When rest and convenience are your biggest asset, we provide the solutions you need, with the flexibility that works within your schedule and career.
Estate Planning Documents
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives often need to be signed together, sometimes with multiple signers or witnesses present. We coordinate the entire signing so nothing is missed.
