What We Provide
We serve as an authorized representative for employers who need to complete physical and digital Form I-9 employment eligibility verification for remote employees located in Ohio. Federal law requires that an employee’s identity and work authorization documents be physically inspected in person.

What to Expect
We coordinate with individuals and employers to confirm documentation requirements. We meet the signer at their location, inspect their original identity and work authorization documents as specified in the I-9 instructions, complete Section 2 of the form on behalf of your organization, and return the completed form to you. We do not accept photocopies — original documents only, as required by law.

15–30 minutes on-site.
